CORPINNAT

Mas Vilella is a family estate located in La Bisbal del Penedès, 300 meters above the sea level and only 15 kilometers from the sea. Presided over by a 16th-century farmhouse, it has 20 hectares, 11 of which are vineyards, surrounded by dry stone banks, carob, margallon, olive and almond trees that draw an authentic Mediterranean landscape.

The vineyards grow in small terraces on poor, stony and calcareous soils that naturally limit production, with yields of between 1,500 and 5,000 kg per hectare. Organic viticulture, manual work and respect for the territory allow for grapes of great concentration and identity.

The history of the Jané family in the world of wine dates back to 1914. In 1984, Benjamí Jané and Maria Úbeda (Albert’s parents) started the Mas Vilella project, which Albert Jané took over in 2015 after consolidating Acústic Celler and Ritme Celler. Today, he lives on Mas Vilella with his children, Paula, Jordi and Maria, who are already involved in the family project.

The first Corpinnats from Mas Vilella are born with the 2024 harvest. Made exclusively with grapes from the estate’s vineyards, cultivated ecologically and harvested by hand, the aging in amphora, French oak barrels and tanks gives rise to elegant, deep sparkling wines with great personality.

Each bottle expresses the minerality of the limestone soils, the influence of the Mediterranean and the unique character of the landscape.
